So the ‘Field of Dreams’ retreat-workshop, which I ran… the forest-bathing as part of that… visualisation meditation and going out into the stillness of the open field of reeds, grasses, weeds and poppies… instilled a certain mystical resonance within me that by the end of the day, manifested itself into this finished article. 
 
Mindful of every moment we experienced…
Feeling the energies of the universe of that special day and allowing the connection with nature to filter through in the way it did, felt both soothing and uplifting. 
 
A feeling of harmony between this human existence, Mother Earth and the heavens above.
