'May it be' is one of Enya's songs that was played in the film 'Lord of the Rings'.
 
It inspired this painting - in fact, I played it on repeat for quite a long time ...fully immersed in the lyrics, the meaning of the song... the harmony and melody.
Fully in trance I worked these colours into the canvas and soon they began to form the picture you see before you.
 
The picture that emerged brings an extention to this feeling of hope and dreams of possibilities. Only after I had signed the painting did I notice that it can be viewed upside down, to reveal a whole other perspective.
 
What else evolved from this experience was a poem that accompanies the painting, attached as a secondary picture. 
 
 
Another painting that came after this one (same size in similar colours and painted to the same music plus the music of 'Heaven & Earth' (432 Hz) ~ by Karunesh) is called 'Night Star, Shine'.
 
Just like 'May it be' - it can be viewed upside down. These two paintings could accompany each other, though they can also be purchased separately.
