As I began watching the film 'What the bleep do we know'..
a film that combines documentary-style interviews, computer-animated graphics, and a narrative that suggests a spiritual connection between quantum physics and consciousness - I couldn't help but be drawn into it.
 
I hadn't watched it in a very long time and knew that it was going to be just the right background of messages in terms of spoken word, music and energy to lift me out of my rather 'sombre' mood and bring inspiration into my being!
 
I allowed myself to get fully absorbed and just surrendered to it all, including surrendering to the paint and the canvas...painting only with my fingers. 
 
The energy I was immersed in was quite incredible - transferring onto the canvas. 
Each and every stroke and movement of my energized hands and fingers, merging with the texture and consistency - as well as the colours of the paint. I couldn't help but feel a strong forward progression... like I was entering a 'Quantum Leap'.
