Here was a lesson that turned into something rather exciting. Learning new skills with particular acrylic paints on artist paper I hadn't used in a while. I usually paint on canvas with acrylics.
 
It was a hot and sticky night ... so the lesson on how to create a semi-abstract coastal sunset with a red sky, seemed rather apt! Hence the title.
