I had been on a walk in the woods that day... the place I go to for soothing myself, refreshing myself and feeling safe and protected.
 
It gave me the opportunity to sit for a while and reflect on all that was going on 'out there' in the world and how we as humans deal with what is on the outside of us.
 
It also gave me the opportunity to go within myself and connect deeply, knowing that when I come from that place... my soul and spirit... I am in my own 'Safe Haven'.
